Staff Training Week is required for all staff members and is devoted to equipping staff members with the spiritual and practical tools needed for effective ministry and interaction with campers.
Purposes
Creates an environment that brings staff together in friendship & unity
Challenges staff to focus on God’s Word
Informs staff of PBC’s camping philosophy
Familiarizes staff with their specific responsibilities
